2018-2019

University of Texas at San Antonio

  • Took relevant classes in learning about GIS softwares (ArcMap and ArcGIS, and Esri’s online platform) for analyzing and creating different maps, and took classes in urban planning, and sustainability.

Bachelor of Science in Architecture

December 2015

Texas Tech University

  • Took relevant courses in architectural studio, developing skills from taking conceptual drawings and critical thinking, to creating detailed floor plans and making digital models.

  • Tools used: AutoCAD, Rhinocerous 3D modeling software, Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign; Microsoft Expression Web 4, hand drawing and drafting, physical modelling with various materials, architectural photography utilizing Canon and Nikon DSLRs

  • Completion of the AutoDesk Building Performance Analysis Certificate (BPAC) in the spring of 2014.

Relevant course in:

Architectural Design Studio IV – “Urbanism” in Paris summer 2015

  • Analyzed the urban space around the historical Passage du Caire shopping center in Paris and employed design principles to create a space for public use.

United Staffing Services

  • Worked in customer service as a part of the Special Rooms team at the travelling PAX technology convention.

  • Maintained a positive attitude in helping answer questions to convention attendees in finding their way around and informing them of where things were located on the main floor.

  • Line management duties, and monitored people walking around the E-gaming theater, the separate LAN computer area, and those lingering around the premises.

Polling Clerk
November 2016 - November 2018
Bexar County Elections Department

  • Obtaining signatures, verifying, and recording the names of voters in the computer system througha high volume of data entry. 

  • Showing voters to their respective booth location to vote, and ensured proper voting procedureswere followed.

  • Assistance with polling station set up and clean up while working with other poll clerks and judges.

  • Answering questions concerning procedures of voting, and distributing ballots. 

  • Supervising up to 400 voters in a full day.

Teaching Assistant

September 2016 - May 2017

San Antonio Bricks Academy

  • Provided assistance in the classroom when conducting lessons on building objectives to learn math and construction basics with Legos to better develop cognitive learning skills.

  • Kept students motivated and engaged as they worked on their own or in teams.

  • Communicated with teachers, administrators, and parents in a professional, calm, and positive attitude.

  • Maintained a clean and orderly classroom.

  • Supervised groups of 10-15 children in Elementary School and in Kindergarten.
